Before Oversee Care, Francesca ran international programs that transferred thousands of patients across borders. She built complex care networks across the Caribbean and Latin America, and managed programs with governments and private organizations across the region.

Dr. Maldonado holds a medical degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with advanced training in cardiovascular surgery at the University of São Paulo. He completed observation rotations in cardiac transplant and organ recovery at Columbia University and Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Maldonado has spent three decades leading cardiovascular surgery at Colombia's top hospitals. He built heart transplant programs, brought in minimally invasive techniques, and has consistently achieved clinical outcomes that meet, and often exceed, international standards. At Oversee Care, he personally reviews every complex case, looking at medical history, diagnosis, and risk, and then triages each patient to the right top tier hospital or specialist.

Dr. Rodríguez holds a medical degree and a specialty in general surgery from Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, with advanced training in trauma and emergency critical care. He completed an observership at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital in Florida in 2024, and is completing subspecialty training in Gastrointestinal, Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery in Mexico through 2026.
Dr. Rodríguez has practiced medicine since 2018 across trauma surgery, clinical research and medical education, having operated at important institutions including Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá and Hospital Universitario Mayor Mederi in Colombia. At Oversee Care, every catastrophic case begins under his direct supervision. He reviews each case the moment it arrives, grades the urgency, coordinates the exact specialists the diagnosis demands, and defines a personalized plan of care before the patient travels.

He has managed air medical crews, accepting facility negotiations, and family communications in some of the most complex transport cases in the industry.
